  • Publishing advertisements on various portals, filtering candidates open to new opportunities and evaluating motivations
  • Informing and evaluating the current candidates in our portfolio for recruitment and consultancy services focused only on finance and financial affairs.
  • Filtering of our database and related web portals arising from a project-oriented focus on Finance and Financial Affairs
  • Our consultants conduct face-to-face interviews with suitable candidates and share candidate reports with customers
  • Submitting short-list or long-list candidates to the customer in line with requests
  • Organizing the interviews of the preferred candidates
  • Performing reference checks of the selected candidate and sharing them with the customer
  • Providing all necessary support within the scope of warranty to the customer in case of possible employment/leave problems
